Bebi Cleaning Services staff understand and appreciate that their job hinges on the quality and performance they provide to clients. The retention of the on going contracts is therefore focused upon. Staff roles which ensure quality assurance.
Knowing and understanding their specific duties, designated areas and the completion of all tasks to be carried out to the highest possible standard.
Maintaining store rooms within client premises in a clean and tidy manner.
Adopting a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury or accident.
Taking responsibility for setting security alarms, locking of doors and turning of lights.
Communicating with clients, using an on-site log book to be able to respond to client needs or changes in priorities.
Communicating with property management and reporting faults.
Training
Staff learning new or improved cleaning skills.
Staff acquiring up to date know how in the use and maintenance of specialised and new cleaning equipment/products on the market.
In addition Bebi sees it as a minimum requirement and is always looking to advance the various training methods for its employee.
Etiquette
